The Laurelwood Condominium renovations include a refreshing of the lobby and reception area as well as the common stairway serving guest rooms.  The Laurelwood is a slope-side accommodation in Snowmass Village, CO servicing guests throughout the ski and summer seasons.  The client was looking for a refresh of finishes, lighting, and work spaces to revive the look and feel for guest arrival and improve work flow for staff and management.  The common stair was replaced with open wood treads and a custom wood and metal railing brining natural light into the space and coordinating finishes with the new lobby design for a fresh and durable solution.
