SERVICES

Noelle Wilhite specializes in architectural design and project delivery services for residential projects in the Colorado Rocky Mountain Region.  She serves builders, developers, and private home owners with design, permitting, and construction documents as well as architects and design firms seeking architectural documentation and delivery services. 

Noelle leverages state of the art BIM (Building Information Management) technology to develop holistic and thoughtful solutions while driving efficient project delivery. 3D BIM models allow for rapid prototyping and design revisions, client-friendly model navigation and visualization, and well-coordinated and thorough documents for jurisdictions and builders resulting in smoother approvals and construction processes. 

After an initial project discovery call to learn about you and your project goals, design and documentation services are customized for each client and project to achieve established project goals. Depending on the goals, budget, and schedule of each project, services can range from Pre-Design and Project Due Diligence, Conceptual and Schematic Design Development, Permitting and Construction Documentation, and Construction Administration.

PRE-DESIGN & DUE DILIGENCE

​The first phase of every project is to gather information about you and your project goals.  We will evaluate code and zoning regulations and define the project scope, budget and schedule.  This phase may include:

 

  • Client intake and project discovery

  • Determine project goals and constraints

  • Building code and jurisdiction regulations research

  • Define project scope, budget, and schedule

  • Existing document gathering

  • Programming and planning

  • Site analysis

CONCEPT & SCHEMATIC DESGIN

Once we have defined the initial project goals, budget, and timeline, this is where the vision of your project beings to take shape.  We will dive into conceptual sketches, 3d modeling, initial floor plans, exterior elevations and initial material selections. This phase may include:

 

  • Feasibility studies

  • Conceptual design sketches

  • Site plan development

  • Floor plan development

  • Exterior elevation development

  • Initial material selections

  • Conceptual 3D renderings

  • Consultant engagement as needed

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT,

PERMITTING & CONSUTRCTION DOCUMENTATION

Once we've received client and jurisdiction approval of the schematic design, this is when we dive into the nitty-gritty of the project development.  We will engage and coordinate with our consultant team and develop documents that may be submitted to the jurisdiction or builder team for permitting, bidding, and construction.  This phase may include:

 

  • Development of technical drawings including: Site plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, and building sections

  • Material selections

  • Refined 3D renderings

  • Detailed code summary, area, and life safety analysis

  • Construction details and schedules

  • Consultant engagement and coordination including geotechnical, civil, landscape, structural, MEP, energy

  • Outline specifications

BIDDING, NEGOTIATION & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Once documents have been submitted for construction or permitting, we may continue our client support throughout the contractor selection and construction process.  This phase may include:

  • Supporting client through contractor/builder selection process and construction phase

  • Field observations throughout construction

  • Contractor/builder coordination throughout construction

  • Continued coordination with consultants and jurisdiction throughout construction
