Noelle Wilhite brings 15 years of professional experience in Project Management/ Architect, BIM Management, and Operations Management. Currently serving as Senioe Proejct Architect & Operation Lead for KEO studioworks, she leads residential, commercial, and public projects throughout Colorado's mountain communities, including San Miguel County, Roaring Fork Valley, Chaffee County, Vail Valley, Summit County, and Routt County. She is based in Snowmass Village and Buena Vista, Colorado.
Her diverse portfolio encompasses single-family and multi-family residential, affordable housing, public works, planning and development, hospitality, large-scale commercial, and mixed-use projects, including LEED certification for complex, mixed-use developments. Over the past nine years, she has focused on residential development, affordable housing, and public works in Colorado mountain communities.
Noelle excels in managing creative, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and unique community and technical challenges. She has developed comprehensive BIM templates that enhance office-wide efficiency, workflow, and quality control. Her detail-oriented approach emphasizes creating clear processes and systems that align project goals with schedules and budgets.
